Page types and customer actions
Several pages using the same structure can be simpler than one unusual booking process. Describe forms, searches, accounts and the rules behind them.
Connected services
Include CRM, payments, scheduling and email requirements. Check vendor access, subscription costs and the response when a connection is unavailable.
Existing-site changes
A redesign needs to account for retained content, important addresses, redirects and working customer tasks. Include migration and release checks rather than treating the old site as irrelevant.
Editing and support
Decide what staff should update themselves and who maintains software and hosting. Ask for operating costs, handoff instructions and support limits alongside the build price.
